We take payment details from students prior to the lesson, and we charge their card 24 hours afterwards. This system means that it's rare that we have issues with payments. However, if the payment fails for any reason then we will make every reasonable effort to contact the student three times to make payment for the lesson.
If we still have not received payment and there are further lessons booked in, we will inform you as the tutor and cancel upcoming lessons. We will always honour payments for lessons booked and confirmed, but you must not book any further lessons with that student until we have confirmed that we been able to take payment. We are unable to honour payment for any further lessons.
If, four days after the lesson, we still have not been able to take payment from the student, we will process payment to you. It will then take 7 days for the funds to be available in your account.
